The Heart Mountain Irrigation District, located in Powell, WY, needed the ability to present their customer's account information and invoice online.  Landavazo Consulting developed a CMS that allows the district to import their customer's billing information from their existing accounting software and present all of the data to it's customers in a timely manner.  The sites other features include a complete L3CMS, newsletter distribution system, member registration, archive management and much more.
